1. For the first use, adjust the strap according to your comfortability. We suggest trying a few times to get the best fit as the eye shield has to rest properly and comfortably around your eyes

Initial use of Audrey may cause purging, and skin condition may fluctuation due to the new stimulation of skin by the LED lights. It varies from skin to skin, but it should normalize after a month.

The LED intensity is well within the safety zone as tested and certified by several agencies and authorities. Audrey is not known to produce any side effects. However, it may cause slight burning sensation, redness or discomfort if you use it more than the required treatment duration. Please pause the treatment when it happens and resume when your skin is normal.

During pregnancy and period, please avoid using Audrey.
